For firmware updates, ensure that the inverter is on bypass mode and the PV is off. Failure to do this may damage your inverter.

Warranty Extension

The warranty extension on the Sunsynk inverter from the standard 5 years to 10 years will be in place if the inverter is paired with the following Sunsynk batteries. 1) SUN-BATT 5.32kwh 2) SUN-BATT 10.65kwh 3) SUN-BATT 15.97kwh. Note that the warranty is only valid if the system has been installed by an accredited and experienced installer, and that it is registered on the Sunsynk website. This warranty extension only applies to new inverters when paired with the above-mentioned batteries. The battery needs to have been purchased from an approved distributor or reseller. The standard warranty on the Sunsynk inverter is 5 years, the standard warranty on the Sunsynk battery is 10 years. Sunsynk reserves the right to administer the warranty at its discretion.
